MENTAL HEALTH NIGHT – Thursday 17th July
Open to ALL current and past players, partners & families
We're proud to be partnering with Outside the Locker Room (OTLR) to deliver an important Mental Health & Wellbeing Night – right here at Geelong AFL Masters.
🧠 This interactive 60–90 min workshop covers:
✔️ Signs and symptoms of mental ill-health
✔️ How to start a conversation and offer support
✔️ Building positive wellbeing strategies
✔️ Understanding green light/red light behaviours
✔️ Strengthening leadership, values & club culture
You’ll also be introduced to the OTLR Welfare App and learn about free, ongoing support provided through Redefine Life Counselling – available to all club members.
🍽️ DINNER AVAILABLE!
Order your meal from the club by Tuesday or Wednesday night before training.
We'll be sharing the Newcomb menu and food ordering post early in the week.
